Administrative Assistant
We are a construction company in the Indian Trail area looking for an Administrative Assistant. Must have knowledge of Quickbooks. Ability to work on your own. Good computer skills and working knowledge of Office 365.
Duties include:
Answer and direct phone calls.
Upload job information to computer and keep organized.
Assist project managers and supervisors with keeping up with their paperwork.
Ensure payroll is turned in weekly.
Enter invoices into Quickbooks.
Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable
Order and keep inventory of office supplies.
Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
Assist with setup of phones and computers for new employees.
Additional administrative duties as needed to assist others in the organization.
Benefits
Pay Range $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
