Home Health Office Administrator

Starting Pay $18.00 - $20.00 an hour

Elite Home Health Care has been providing in home health care services to residents of St. Louis for over 7 years. We are looking for a unique individual that will play an integral role in building our team and will help keep our growing company running smoothly. As an in home health care administrator, you will manage the day-to-day operations of an in home agency that provides in-home client care. You will supervise employees, implement policies, manage executive agency functions and maintain compliance with federal, state and local regulations. You will also ensure that all operations run smoothly and that clients receive adequate care. We are looking for a self-motivated, task oriented candidate that is able to operate in a busy and fast paced environment. A team player that has the willingness to learn new concepts and tasks, with strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Home Health Administrator or other related fields (minimum 2 years)

Previous experience with client Billing, Account Receivables and Payables (minimum 2 years)

Able to do basic math for billing and payroll purposes

Must have computer experience and knowledge. (Microsoft Office, minimum 5 years)

Must have transportation

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with phone answering and email etiquette.

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Responsible for client Billing, Account Receivables and Payables

Order and manage office supplies

Strong attention to detail

Draft correspondences and other formal documents

Plan and schedule appointments and events

Develop and implement organized filing systems

Strong Customer Service Skills and people skills

Knowledge of social media techniques to advance the image of the company through Facebook, Linked-in, yelp, google and other means

Perform all other office tasks and projects as needed

Full Job Description

Ensuring organizational compliance with legal, local, state, and federal regulatory laws and regulations and accreditation standards.

Perform complex clerical and accounting functions for client billing, including verification of invoice information, and resolution of problems. Follows up on submitted claims and client billing; resubmit claims or correct inaccuracies.

Performing clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Recruiting, employing, and retaining qualified personnel to maintain appropriate staffing levels.

Ensuring personnel development including orientation, in-service education, and continuing education.

Ensuring that appropriate policies are implemented.

Ensuring that clients receive proper care and attention.

Overseeing record keeping and documentation efforts.

Handling complaints from employees and patients and resolving their issues promptly.

Visits to client’s home to enroll them with our agency.

Full Time Employment

Monday thru Friday 8am – 4pm

Paid Time Off & Holiday Pay
