Job description

Brouk and Co. is looking to fill a Customer Service and Administrative Assistant position. This position is strictly only for experienced individuals whom have worked in wholesale for a minimum of 2 years (sales and customer service).

Responsibilities:

  • Experience with Microsoft EXCEL, WORD, UPS Worldship, Shipstation and QUICKBOOKS
  • Previous internet experience working with various websites including Shopify, Amazon, Overstock and other 3rd party websites such as Zulily, Hautelook, etc.
  • Order processing (Invoicing via Quickbooks), A/R, A/P and shipping (Shipstation, USPS, UPS and Fedex)
  • Maintaining sales support and updates to customers; Excel spreadsheet preparation and updates for various projects
  • Monitor inventory and maintain inventory control on third party accounts; previous experience with Google Docs
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills including professional email etiquette
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively
  • Strong time management skills
  • Looking for individual wanting to join a team to make a difference with room to grow.
  • Possible travel to Trade Shows in various parts of the US; Dallas, Atlanta, New York, & Etc.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ year experience in Wholesale Administration, Customer Service, Quickbooks and Computer/Internet Proficiency
  • Knowledge and understanding of product features, fashion trends, and general industry terms
  • Previous PC experience, strong computer skills, fast typing (minimum 50 WPM)
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Must work well under pressure to meet deadlines & expectations
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Fluent in English
  • Positive attitude and team player

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.04 - $23.00 per hour
