Horizon Healthcare, Inc. (www.hhcppo.com) has an immediate vacancy for an Office Assistant in our finance center located at 217 Wisconsin Avenue, Waukesha. The incumbent will perofrm a variety of administrative and office functions Horizon and its affliated companies. Specific duties include: (1) payroll, including computing employee hours worked, unemplopyment compensation inquires from State agencies, garnishment actions,and mileage and expense reimbursement; (2) billing and claims processing, including submitting claims to Medicaid and insurance companies for services providied to patients, and getting prior authorization for services; (3) purchasing, including ordering officesupplies; (4) perform related functions.Incumbent must be: very orgranized, detial- oriented, task- oriented, bondable, reliable, hard-working, disciplined, able to work under pressure,a dna bale to work with minimal supervision. Must have basic comupter skills, including MS Word, basic Excel, basic research, and e-mail. Training will be providied to right candidate. This is a full-time position.
