DUTIES OF OFFICE & ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

RESPOND TO INQUIRES

HUBSPOT

  • Respond to phone inquiries and from HUBSPOT and send proposal (will train)
  • Follow up with clients after each event to get feedback

SOCIAL MEDIA

Post to Facebook and Linkedin on events that we have booked.Communicate with office to locate on-site photos to add to post.

Get familiar with the services to post interesting aspects of business.

ASSIST WITH MISC NEEDS - example:

  • Posting adds to Craig’s list
  • Organize Database
  • Finding massage therapists

OPTIONAL:

  • Prepare aromatherapies for Oxygen Bar Events
  • Oversee events - meet therapists at events to oversee smooth setup - take photos for Facebook
  • Convention management
  • Put together information to add new services to website

WORK LOCATION;

  • The position is mainly working remotely, however working in-site with events and conventions is a plus.

COMPENSATION:

  • $15 an hour to start
  • plus commission on all NEW events booked that you initiate.
  • Bonuses or commission on conventions

Job Types: Part-time, Internship

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Self-determined schedule

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus pay
  • Commission pay

Experience:

  • Computer and Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
