Job description
  • Responsible for answering phone calls
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Making bank deposits
  • End of day sales reports
  • Mileage documentation for all company vehicles
  • Ordering parts
  • Keeping inventory of parts & appliances
  • Advertising on social media
  • Creating and receiving invoices
  • Keeping work space clean and organized
  • Sending and receiving information through text and email
  • Managing new leads coming through multiple platforms (i.e. google, home adviser)
  • Basic understanding of computers (MacOS)
  • Basic understanding of electrical circuits
  • Proficient in Excel and Quickbooks
  • Maintain a current driver’s license

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
