Granite State Shuttle Service is a medium package same day delivery provider in NH. We are looking for a Administrative Office Manager Assistant in the Seacoast, NH area. This position is Mon-Fri 8:30-5. No weekends required.

Responsible for performing the following tasks

  • Answering multiple phones lines
  • Assist dispatch Team
  • Assist with HR functions
  • Reconcile gas bill and other billing functions
  • Perform background and drug screening process
  • Managing the inflow of applicants for all of our locations
  • Sourcing candidates
  • Good Communication skills
  • Checking references and setting up interviews and pre-qualifying.
  • On board paperwork and performing orientation is required
  • Multi tasking is a must
  • Manage Payroll
  • Strong attention to detail a must
  • QuickBooks experience a plus

Requirements :

  • Candidate must have 2-4 years working in a office setting
  • High level of proficiency in MS Office and Excell a must
  • Candidate must be creative in where to source candidates from
  • Must have an active social media presence
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Teamwork, and attention to detail a must
