Managing day to day operations, upkeep of office, medical billing, payroll, insurance credentialing, upkeep for provider credentialing, running financial reports, keeping up with financial responsibilities and licensure for the business, front desk duties, ordering supplies, managing internal staff relations, orienting and training new staff, troubleshooting office issues, managing provider and patient issues, developing standards and promoting activities that enhance operational procedures, coordinate office staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency management, handling complaints, managing insurance and individual contracts, delegating simple tasks. Must be personable, independent, have good time management skills, be able to make this position your own, be motivated, responsible, and highly driven. Must have experience with the Athena Electronic Medical Records System and be well versed in insurance credentialing.
