Perform general office tasks in a fast paced environment. The Office Manager is an experienced professional that can multitask and is detail orientated. This position requires the ability to work independently with minimal oversight while observing all company policies, as well as health and safety guidelines. The position is in a small office environment, reporting to the owner of the company. Must be proactive, detail orientated with strong follow up skills.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls, prepare sales orders, dispatch work as necessary, interface with customers to update job statuses.
  • Accounts receivables: Responsible for invoicing and collections of accounts.
  • Customer Service: Work independently to answer customer’s questions and coordinate incoming jobs with technicians.
  • IT: Support office troubleshoot computer, printer and software issues.
  • Manage 2 direct reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree Preferred
  • 10 years’ Office experience.
  • Management experience
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Office-Word, Excel
  • Proven experience with Quickbooks Desktop
  • Working knowledge of general computer techniques, emailing, electronic filing/pdf and answering phones, Dispatch experience a plus.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve office equipment issues, including cell phone issues. Good with technology.
  • Estimating experience a plus.
  • Professional demeanor & excellent interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
