Job Title: Office Receptionist
Reports to: Office Manager/Executive Assistant
Job Type: Full-time, hourly
Location: Corporate Office
Position Summary: The Office Receptionist is a crucial role at Legacy, as they are the first person to welcome
employees and guests, both in-person and via phone, by demonstrating Legacy Values and
Culture. The Office Receptionist will also ensure tasks vital to the operation and organization
of the corporate office are completed with both efficiency and accuracy.
Essential Functions:
- Ensures Legacy employees and guests are welcomed by escorting them to the appropriate office space and offering beverage and/or snack
- Works positively and collaboratively with all Legacy employees
- Maintains a service-oriented mentality when interacting with all Legacy employees and guests who have received service from a restaurant that does not align with Legacy Values and/or Culture
- Reviews and responds to phone calls and communication from employees and staff and ensure their queries arrive to the appropriate individual
- Sends, retrieves, and distributes mail and packages to co-workers
- Ensures delivery of company meals or materials for corporate events
- Manages all deliveries, both up front and in the warehouse, and notify appropriate coworker of arrival
- Works with cleaning company to ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the office
- Orders and maintains appropriate levels of various supplies for the office and Operations
- Maintains confidentiality in performance of essential functions
- Performs other duties, as assigned, that assist in the overall operation of the company and corporate office
Skills and Requirements
- One year of substantially similar work experience in an Office Receptionist role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability to adjust to new tasks should company or office needs change
- Demonstrates superior interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships both within and outside the organization
- Demonstrates ability to be organized, flexible and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

- The workday is spent in an office setting
- Work hours are 8AM-5PM, Monday through Friday
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision and ability to adjust focus
- Frequently required to sit, stand, use hands to handle objects
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
