Job Overview

The On Premise Customer Development Manager – FLO will manage the CCBCC FSOP Full Line Operator business across all locations situated within the bottlers distribution map. The OPCDM will be the primary contact for CCBCC and any supporting NAE representatives when applicable. The successful candidate will partner with an integrated account team (Marketing, Field Execution, CCR and Independent Bottlers) to manage and support key aspects of the business relationship with each FLO.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Vision and strategic thinking to anticipate future needs and recommend business building ideas that will drive mutual growth
  • Enhance and maintain a strong since of urgency in regards to both internal and external communication that leads to maximized output towards facilitated programming.
  • Develop Annual Business Plan in order to forecast volume, revenue and expense.
  • Meet with senior level buyers in order to build relationships and gain support and commitment to mutually beneficial initiatives.
  • Confirm understanding of customer business needs, issues faced and opportunities with various customer buyers in order to develop viable solutions.
  • Drive beverage category profit and volume, contributing to overall sales growth for both CCBCC and the customer’s entire business.
  • Collaborate with cross functional team members (e.g. Marketing, Finance, Operations, EQS, PRGM) to maintain, introduce and execute key programs and initiatives.
  • Solve issues that arise during execution in order to eliminate barriers.
  • Analyze proprietary customer and Company data, clearly explain performance / conclusions / recommendations, and inspire action within the customer and KO system.
  • Conduct weekly / monthly / quarterly business reviews with key customers in order to build and maintain strong relationships with members of the each customer's organization.
  • Re-affirm strategies linked to each FLO and steward the business.
  • Build business plan solutions and in collaboration with the customer and the KO system.
  • Collaborate with Director on annual pricing action / communication and contract renewal.
  • Support of Nationally Driven FLO/National agreement customers
  • FLO Equipment management and efforts to maximize volume per asset

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • Selling skills or experience with face to face interaction
  • Strong communication skills both electronically and verbally
  • Strong computer (Office, IOS) skills needed for use of technology and devices, proficient
  • Office based platforms around PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook needed
  • Strong planning, organization, and administration skill are a must

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Knowledge acquired through 1 to up to 3 years of work experience
  • Valid Driver’s License

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (4 years)
  • 5 years successful account management

Work Environment

Travel: 50%
