Job description

The onsite recruiter assists with the growth and delivery of service at high volume accounts. This person is responsible for coordination of the recruiting and staffing of a quality workforce, employee performance, and discipline management.

Job Tasks:

• Maintain communication with the client regarding open orders, candidate supply, and contract end dates, ,

• Establishes consultative relationship with facility contacts to identify needs driving future orders, timing of orders, and fill rates. Offers proactive solutions for cross departmental staffing challenges.

• Communicate client needs to internal partners and collaborate on any staffing challenges.

• Provides strategic and operational oversight to support clients including file management, candidate selection, communication, candidate orientation and on-boarding.

• Directs Recruitment with accurate order details.

• Conducts and designs Order Alerts for hard to fill or priority orders..

• Conduct employment screenings for candidates making sure they are an appropriate fit for position; redirecting candidate to a more appropriate order and offers best practice advice to encourage applicant to reapply if appropriate, with expanded experience levels.

• Updates status of pending candidates;

Have excellent commutation skills and be organized.

Minimum Education/Certifications:

• High school diploma

Pass a background check

Pass a drug screen

Minimum Experience:

• 1-2 years Recruiting

Preferred Experience

• 1-2 years Human Resources related work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
