We seek an Operations Advisor who will be charged with multiple responsibilities to uphold SoBol standards and develop strategies to build a long-term relationship with SoBol Franchise Owners.

Responsibilities include:

• Regular store visits to both franchise and corporate locations

• Conduct full store audit reports, store visit reports, and compliance letters

• Coordinate calls with other operations advisors to discuss franchised locations and corporate store progress

• Attend weekly/monthly meetings at Corporate office/zooms

• Periodically cover management shifts in corporate stores to stay relevant

• Train new franchisees, managers, and franchise employees in corporate facilities

• Conduct continuing education sessions at franchisee and corporate locations

• Conduct both announced and unannounced visits at various hours of the day both during weekdays and weekends

• Serve as mentors/coaches for all SoBol franchisees and their management

• Support store grand opening events and initial training periods

• Develop relationships with SoBol vendors and act as intermediaries to resolve issues

• Corporate liaison with RDS and Revel POS systems

• Create marketing videos for all new store openings, training platforms, and social media

• Represents the interests and values of SoBol

The ideal candidate will possess:

• College degree or equivalent work experience

• 5 years experience in the restaurant/hospitality franchising sector - Preferred

• Strong written & verbal communication skills

• Solid organizational & time management skills

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

• SCDH food handlers certificate

Full-time position

Salary commensurate with experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
