- Engage with our graduates as they finalize their work with Flatiron School, ensuring our final contact with the student is a positive experience. Build rapport, clarify outstanding questions, and increase participation in our outcomes reporting.
- Ensure secure and discreet handling of sensitive alumni data and organizational compliance with governmental reporting regulations. Assist the Compliance team with some regulatory reporting.
- Regularly audit data and ensure 100% accuracy in manual tasks. Continue to refine our processes for the collection and logging of student outcomes data and documentation.
- Properly communicate student progress with the relevant team members.
- Create and troubleshoot a variety of tracking lists, schedules, and dashboards in Google Sheets and Looker.
- Write and maintain detailed documentation on processes to be carried out by the Operations team and by other teams.
- Create, maintain, and improve processes that support our teams in providing the best possible experience for our students.
- Respond to incoming support tickets from staff and students in a timely and helpful manner.
- Provide ad hoc support to the rest of the Operations team and to other teams across the company.

- Ability to work with a diverse and cross-functional team in a flexible, fast-paced environment.
