RISE Building Products has been developing technically advanced, affordable, synthetic fiber building products since 2005. At RISE Building Products, we work to preserve the environment. We recycle and repurpose post-consumer and post-industrial synthetic fibers, that would otherwise be sent to landfills, into synthetic cladding products: RISE Siding and RISE Trim. The advanced technology of synthetic fiber-based RISE Building Products makes our siding and trim wood replacement products look and feel just like real wood. Our product is manufactured in Mankato, MN, USA.

We are expanding our team and adding an Executive Assistant position! This role will be supervised by the Plant Manager and will support day to day administrative tasks that the executive leadership team requires support in.

• Welcomes visitors and direct them to the appropriate party or department.
• Assists with picking up supplies, parts, and running general errands.
• Organizes meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary.
• Coordinates travel for executive team.
• Provides administrative support to the executive team.
• Maintains accurate and up-to-date HR files, records, and documentation.
• Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.; refers more complex questions to appropriate senior-level HR staff or management.
• Assists with payroll functions including processing, answering employee questions, verifying timecards, and fixing processing errors
• Assists with employee training.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
