Operations Associate

Onsite - Salem, MA

Full time, M-F 9am to 5pm

Contract to hire - 4 months

$18-$20 an hour

Job Duties:

· Assemble medical devices in accordance with standards

· Complete required documentation for assembled medical devices

· Label and organize inventory of medical device components

· Receive and inspect incoming materials

· Assist in inventory management as needed

· Assist in purchasing/sourcing of operations goods and services

· Assemble other materials as needed

· Move materials, including office furniture and lab equipment, as needed

· Ship completed medical devices to patients and practices

· Assist in day-to-day operations within the department, including assisting team members as needed

· Perform other duties, as assigned

· Enter patient, healthcare provider, and other information into internal systems according to standard operating procedures

· Receive and process faxes and emails according to standard operating procedures

· Periodically create reports based on the information input

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
