Operations Associate

Jet Brite is hiring a Car Wash Associate to provide excellent service to our customers and uphold our “Gold Standard” customer experience.

What you’ll do

• Use and develop mechanical and technical skills while supporting and collaborating with team members
• Assist customers during guide-on as they enter the wash tunnel
• Work with the facilities and production team in achieving an excellent product for our customers by maintaining our fantastic facilities and grounds
• Maintenance and repair of irrigation and general landscaping
• Daily maintenance and cleaning of the wash tunnel
• Be a team player with a can-do attitude
• The company reserves the right to add or change these duties at any time

You are

• Excited about excelling in an operational role
• Able to lift at least 35 lbs.
• Quick on your feet and enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced environment
• Able to be outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions

Nice to haves

• Prior car wash experience
• Prior customer service experience
• Prior experience in operations, maintenance, mechanics or electrical

Additional Info

• $15/hour
• Full-time (30+ hours per week)
• Part-time (10-29 hours per week)
• Health insurance offered for full-time employees averaging 30+ hours per week

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
