Job Responsibilities

As an Part Time Operations Clerk II you will be responsible for performing a variety of terminal operations functions including:

Customer service

Setting appointments

Assisting dispatch

Payroll

May direct work of other admin personnel

Manifesting, scanning, imaging, copying or coding shipping documents

Enter information and data into computer

May perform driver check-in activities

Other office duties as required

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of general office experience
• Transportation experience preferred, but not required
• Customer service experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of AS400 system
