Operations Coordinator

The Rounds is looking for a motivated Operations Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, physical environment and wants to make an impact in making our neighborhoods greener. You will be responsible for supporting our warehouse operations including the supervision of warehouse associates to ensure quality & efficiency in day-to-day operations to meet our goals. Your efforts will support aggressive growth and expansion at a rapidly growing, early-stage startup.

You will:

• Work with our warehouse associates and last-mile team to ensure seamless preparation and receiving of all products
• Lead associate onboarding, including welcoming new members to the team, providing training, and sharing best practices and performance expectations
• Meet company operating policies and standards to become the expert in your facility's needs
• Engage with and understand the warehouse and last-mile team, including discovering and responding to team needs through clear and pleasant communications, continuous feedback, recognition, and coaching
• Support with incoming shipments and inventory management
• Oversee day-to-day in-market operations and ensure all site processes run smoothly, efficiently and safely
• Use data-driven decision making to design and implement innovative solutions to drive continuous operational improvements
• Provide operational metric updates/reporting on a consistent basis to various stakeholders and highlight key insights and learning

Required Qualifications:

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• General working knowledge of basic tech applications (e.g. Microsoft Office, Google G-Suite)
• Ability to maintain a high level of physicality for prolonged periods and working primarily standing
• Fluent in Spanish
• Food background a plus
• Ability to lift 50lbs
