Job description
Supports continuous process improvement initiatives for the Operations Excellence team. Builds, validates and maintains reporting and dashboards.
Major Job Accountabilities
- Works with Operations Excellence team, business units and technology teams to complete process improvements that result in improved
- Collaborates with teammates to address customer pain points and develops solutions to ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Completes projects that provide quantifiable financial benefit to the operational teams and the overall organization.
- Documents and presents expected project outcomes, the impact to customer satisfaction, process efficiencies and realization of projected
- Follows appropriate best practices to ensure operational/financial benefits are delivered the right way and are sustainable.
Experience Required
- At least two (2) years of banking experience preferred
Required Skills or Training
- Proficiency in working with data and analytics systems.
- Capable of technical design and process documentation.
- Understanding of change management practices.
- Basic understanding of project management practices and ability to track work efforts to completion.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and techniques.
- Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to tailor messaging to a diversity of audiences to ensure understanding and engagement in process improvement initiatives.
