Operations Manager

Full-time, (home)based in the US

In this role, you will support global teams (implementation, project management, and client technology) and partner in all areas of operational activity. You will conduct troubleshooting where BCD clients are involved.

A snapshot of this opportunity

Develop and maintain annual plan for partner network Personal onsite visits and initiation of training programs Support operational rollout in area Personal onsite visits and coordination of training Support CDS with all data issues involving operations

How you can set yourself apart

Extensive operational experience in a corporate travel agency Availability and willingness to travel Adaptable, ability to think outside-the-box Strong oral and written communication skills in English Knowledge in GDS Sabre Entertainment experience would be an asset
