Online Transport is seeking an organized and highly motivated Operations Process Analyst who is looking for an opportunity for growth within a growing company. As an Operations Process Analyst, you will have the ability to help drive the growth of Online Transport asset operations to deliver a best-in-class experience for our customers, drivers, and associates. The successful candidate will bring a combination of Industry and Process improvement experience to the role.
Position Description:
- Owner of all Operations Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) development for Asset Operations. Collect data about current procedures, outputs, and metrics to develop SOP documents.
- Develop project/process documentation across departments in the areas of but not limited to:
- Quote to Cash order process
- Fuel Management (Idle, Fuel Use, Compliance %, Fuel Surcharge)
- Asset Utilization
- Additional variable cost inputs.
- Conduct cost assessments on variable and fixed cost structure.
- Equipment Management: Manage Truck/Trailer Ratios and develop plans to support new business growth and trade cycle plans.
- Provides timely and regular status reporting to management and project stakeholders.
- Participates in project meetings to help define project scope and objectives.
- Provide applicable training to associates on new and updated processes to ensure successful implementation across operations.
Job Qualifications:
- Experience in the Transportation/Logistics Industry with previous experience working in a truckload operations setting.
- Great attitude and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to work independently is a must and handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Previous experience in process improvement or Six Sigma preferred.
- TMW Suite and Samsara experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to efficiently use Windows and Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
