Job description
We’re looking for motivated, engaged people to help make everyone’s journeys better.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Ensures assembly of products are produced and stored according to specifications on each meal cycle
  • Must ensure sample meals are available for each meal according to spec
  • Ensures equipment is available for production
  • Monitors meals per hour to meet required standards
  • Ensure color codes are accurate for production
  • Must ensure all HACCP, FDA, GGI, and all regulatory standards are maintained at the required level for compliance
  • Must ensure all sanitation requirements are maintained according to standard
  • Ensures production is timely and products are assembled and stored in coolers accordingly

Qualifications

Education:
  • High School diploma or GED required

Work Experience:
  • 2 years of in-flight catering experience

Technical Skills: (Certification, Licenses and Registration)
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment, and deadline driven
  • Excellent time management exposure and experience
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, and priorities.
  • ServSafe Certificate preferred and/or can be obtained.

Language / Communication Skills:
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Regularly stands, bends, lifts, and moves intermittently during shifts
  • Kitchen facility there may be physical discomfort due to temperatures and noise
  • Must be able to lift, push, pull and move products, equipment and supplies on a daily basis
