Operations Support Coordinator - Sioux Falls, SD
Department: Behavioral Health
Pay range: $17.50 - $19.50/hour
Full-time/part-time & PRN positions available
SUMMARY:
The eCare Operations Support Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of the administrative procedures needed to facilitate daily clinical operations of the Avel eCare Service Line. This position coordinates operations of the eCare Service Line as outlined below.
REQUIRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- Associates degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school preferred
- 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
REQUIRED CERTIFICATION, LICENSURE, and/or REGISTRATIONS:
- This position requires a valid driver’s license
DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Provide customer service for incoming calls
- Assist with coordination of management of provider and nurse scheduling and communication.
- Gathering provider and patient information
- Facilitate calls and encounter flow and communication between nursing staff and providers.
- Assist with implementation tasks and go-live events.
- Assist with internal and external customer service.
- Performs tasks, as directed by supervisor/director, to assist in efficient operation of the Service Line and facilitate communication with service line.
- Performs generalized administrative duties in an accurate and timely manner to include, but not limited to: create and update site books, organize and tidy BH hub, professional interaction on the phone and camera, makes copies of products as requested, assemble, and distribute information as directed.
