Job description
Towne Lake Eye Associates is an award winning optometric practice that has served the Woodstock area for over 25 years. We are looking for an optical salesperson who has the highest standards and attention to detail when selecting eyewear for our patients. This position will also spend time in our lab, assisting in the finishing and final inspection process.
The ideal candidate has experience in:
- Optical Sales
- Dispensing
Will train:
- Edging / Finishing Eyewear
- Manual Lensometry
- Troubleshooting
- Equipment Calibration and Maintenance
- Invoice / Statement Reconciliation
ABO certification, or willingness to achieve certification in the first year is required.
The hours for this position are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 8:30-5:30PM (32 hours) with the opportunity to move to five days per week (40 hours). We offer a fun work environment, competitive pay, PTO, and retirement plan.
