$600,000/yr. Base Salary | Oral Surgeon | Northeast Indiana
Opportunity: Oral Maxillofacial Surgeon
· Premier, highly profitable, highly respected, well-established, busy, thriving three-office, Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery practice in Northeast, Indiana is seeking a full-time Board-eligible or Board-Certified Associate to start ASAP.
· Candidate must be able to provide excellent surgical services, establish and maintain relationships with existing and new referring doctors, be enthusiastic, be very motivated, and be interested in growing the practice.
Practice Description:
· We are state-of-the-art FULLY DIGITAL including:
· i-CAT-FLXs,
· Intraoral scanners,
· in-house 3D printing,
· both Bien-Air & Hall-drills,
· Piezo surgery,
· PRP,
· Ellman,
· DSLR-cameras,
· WinOMS, etc.
· All offices are in the cloud and accessible anywhere anytime.
· Fully trained 3 clinical staff and 3 front office administrative staff per doctor at each location.
Procedures Performed:
· Implants,
· Bone grafting,
· Dentoalveolar surgery,
· IV sedation heavy,
· some Pathology,
· Trauma,
· Orthognathic if desired.
· practice is openly available if desired.
Compensation:
· Competitive guaranteed $600,000 base annual salary for full time
· 4-day week work schedule
· yearly malpractice insurance,
· health insurance,
· 2 weeks paid vacation,
· paid 1-week sick leave,
· company 401K match,
· CE, Sign-On, and Relocation Bonuses are negotiable.
· We are surrounded by four level 2 trauma hospitals all within a 5-to-20-minute radius. Admitting privileges to these hospitals is optional but encouraged.
