WHAT YOU WILL DO

The Outpatient Licensed Therapist is responsible for the planning, implementing and coordinating the activities and services for individuals in outpatient mental health clinic and/or substance use setting. The Therapist’s number one priority is the safety and welfare of each client.

This is a full-time position at 40 hours weekly and includes the following responsibilities:

• Provide professional clinical services and necessary case management to all assigned children and adults (i.e. ages 4 and up) who are experiencing mental health issues
• Provide services in school, community, agency office or telehealth
• Provide professional clinical assessment and treatment planning skills, individual, family and group counseling skills, and diagnostic skills using DSM criteria
• Counsel clients via phone, video conferencing or in person

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• A Master’s in Psychology, Social Work, or some other relevant human services discipline required
• Licensed in the State of Florida in Clinical Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychologist or Mental Health Counseling
• Minimum 2 years of mental health experience

• Current valid driver’s license in the State of Florida
• Level 2 background screen and a negative drug screen
• Professional References
