Outside Sales Representative
Five Star Bath Solutions is a growing, nationally recognized franchise that specializes in no hassle bathroom remodeling services. We are expanding to the Omaha metro market and looking for an ambitious Outside Sales Representative with in-home sales experience and knowledge of the construction or bathroom remodeling process. This is a 1099 position with the opportunity to make great money.
Responsibilities Include:
Meeting the potential customer in their home, making a connection and assessing the bath remodel project needs.
Applying sales closing techniques, offering solutions using Five Star’s superior product and troubleshooting issues and objections.
Maintaining monthly and annual quotas.
Completing paperwork including contracts, financing documents, and scheduling information.
Maintaining 100% customer satisfaction through necessary follow-up and communications.
Our Sales Representatives are provided:
Pre-qualified leads and confirmed appointments / no cold calling.
A strong, professional, persuasive iPad presentation.
Training on our specialty products, our process, and our sales system at our Michigan Headquarters.
Office support when needed.
Strong earning potential with a strong, growing bathroom remodeling company.
Applicants should possess:
A professional attitude
3-5 years of in-home sales experience with a proven successful track record
Strong communication skills
Ability to quickly develop client trust and relationships
An outgoing, results-driven personality
Ability to close deals using proven tools and solutions
Reliable transportation and valid driver license

Salary: $85,000.00 to $160,000.00 /year
