Job Summary:
Leverage Roofing is looking for two experienced roofing salesmen in the Charleston, South Carolina market. We are opening our office on January 7th in the territory as we’ve maximized our production schedule in our headquarters market in Myrtle Beach. This position is for a high-producing self-motivated independent contractor. Our top producers make well over six figures, and we know motivated reps in the Charleston market are completely capable of doing the same. We have the resources available to aid in your success! Uniforms provided. Marketing materials provided as well! This is an incredible opportunity for the first reps we hire in the market, all leads generated in Charleston will flow through you! Our flagship branch installs 1000 roofs a year and we're confident Charleston will reach the same level!
Duties/Responsibilities:
Examples:
- Generate leads, follow up with homeowners, and drive sales.
- Follow up on leads brought in by the office, perform inspections, and assist homeowners in getting their roofs bought.
- Knock in neighborhoods with confirmed hail damage to offer free inspections.
- Assist homeowners from time of initial contact, through the time of the roofing system installation.
- Assist homeowners with calling in claims for confirmed damages, schedule a time and meet with the field adjusters regarding the claim.
- Collect deductibles, 1st payments, and final payments for insurance claims.
- Gather Hover reports for material procurement and submits contact information to Acculynx.
- Assist in training new hires to expand. You are compensated for training others!
- Scan all required documents and get them to the office for ordering and client files.

- Self-Motivated with proven ability to work as an independent contractor.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least two years of related experience are preffered but not required.
Familiarity with Hover and Acculynx preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to scale a ladder 20+ feet at times and frequently.
Must be able to lift 30+ pounds at times.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
