Crane/Gantry Operator Tasks & Duties (What You'll Do)

• Prior Operating experience with Cranes or Hoist
• Move product from one place to another, especially over head,
• Adhere to quality and customer service standards set forth by the company
• Pick, wrap and stage orders to be shipped
• Inspect and perform maintenance of material handling equipment
• Follow and update inventory activity, lists, records, and log all completed tasks
• Identify safety hazards in the workplace

Crane/Gantry Operator Shift Info

• Swing Shift, 02:30 pm to 11:00 pm
• Training on first shift but work schedule is second shift
• Monday - Friday

Crane/Gantry Operator Qualifications (Requirements / Skills)

• Knowledge of various material-handling equipment an asset
• Proficient in mathematics
• Strong understanding of OSHA regulations
• Possess a high regard for safety in the workplace
• Able to lift 50 pounds unassisted
• Able to work night, weekends, and holidays
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work independently
• Crane operator experience required ( Job-crane, chain-hoist, sling-crane) experience acceptable
• Able to pass a background check with explanation
• Able to work in the US
• person must have excellent vision, be able to read and understand measurements be responsible, and have no issue being on your feet all day
