Iron Wall Security is a full-service Security Company. We have a 24-hour Dispatch Center that handles all of our clients and employee issues. We are looking for enthusiastic, driven, and motivated candidates to Join our Team!
Our Dispatchers will be responsible for general customer service and problem-solving for the field. The Dispatcher routinely aids clients and employees by resolving any unexpected or emerging problems with tact and professionalism. Having a solid understanding of day-to-day operations is critical for this role.
The best Dispatchers are genuinely excited to help. They are patient, empathetic, and communicative. They love to talk. Problem-solving comes naturally to a Dispatcher. They are confident at troubleshooting. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to all calls or texts, and maintain high standards.
Historically, successful Dispatchers find themselves growing with the company into management positions.

Qualities to Succeed:
- Friendly, Punctual, and Ability to Follow Directions.
- Security Guard Card or the desire to obtain one.
- A professional, clean appearance.
- Solid work ethic and willingness to learn
- Flexible and able to work in many locations and different schedules.
- Calm under pressure – can handle stress caused by changing schedules
- Valid Driver's license with a clean driving record
Responsibilities:
- Support and adhere to the company Motto "Be Visible, Be Intentional, Be Above Reproach".
- Follow all site-specific instructions
- Manage all calls, texts and, emails.
- Assess all calls for escalation.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Handle client complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits/ follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of your daily activities.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Work as a security guard on a site while dispatching.
- Must have or be willing to obtain a California Guard Card.
- Assist the President and Director of Operations with daily tasks
Skills:
- Courteously and politely handling phone calls and active listening.
- Familiarity with Dispatching duties and practices.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
