Join our team at LSI's Bremwood Residential Treatment Center in Waverly by becoming an Overnight Youth Associate! Bremwood has a long history of serving trauma-impacted kids in Iowa. It's our job and our privilege to empower these children toward success.

3rd shift hours: 11 p.m. to 9 a.m.

Duties

Our Overnight Youth Associates provide mental health services to children on our campus during the overnight shift. This role gets to directly impact the lives of the children entrusted to our care, and duties include:

• Providing supervision for children on campus in a safe, positive

environment

• Assisting with daily chores
• Completing appropriate documentation, such as daily logs

This role is a non-sleep position, and our Overnight Youth Associates assume full responsibility for the community during night-time hours.

Qualifications

Qualified applicants will have a high school diploma or a GED, and a Bachelor's degree is preferred. Candidates must be at least 18 years of age.

This position requires a valid driver's license, auto insurance, a good driving record, and the ability to pass an extensive background check, including checks of the Dependent Adult and Child Abuse registries, the Sex Offender registry, and the criminal history check.
