Tidal Basin is actively supporting our clients and local communities with various needs and has job opportunities available to support the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Public Assistance (PA) recovery initiatives. Positions included in this opportunity are:

· Program Delivery Managers (PDMG)

· Site Inspectors

· PA Closeout Specialists

Most technical backgrounds for these staff are individuals that have a background working as:

· Construction Managers

· Civil Engineers

· Project Managers

· Cost Estimators

· Construction Building Inspectors

In order to be considered, you must have:

· Knowledge of the FEMA Public Assistance Program and Policy. Preferred experience with the New Model for PA delivery, however individuals with experience working in Public Assistance positions prior to the new model implementation as Project Specialist and PA Crew Leaders have applicable experience.

· FEMA PA experience preferred as a PDMG, Site Inspector or CRC Position.

· Active FEMA badge preferred or have been through the FEMA PA security process and obtained a Public Trust Clearance.

· Willing to deploy for 6 months – 12 months.

· Remote work opportunities have been available during COVID 19, and those only interested in working remotely are encouraged to share that information and can still be considered.

· Must have intermediate computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Word and Excel. Must be flexible and knowledgeable to learn new computer applications that include video conferencing on various platforms.
