Job description
Create and deliver learning programs in alignment with regulatory and company requirements. Ensure the workforce continues to develop the skills and knowledge to effectively meet business objectives.
Schedule is Monday – Friday, working 8:00am – 5:00pm

$66,934.40 - $70,283.20 Annually
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Demonstrates effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Actively involved in site level onboarding.
- Schedule and deliver training sessions.
- Identify gaps, and independently develop appropriate training/curriculum.
- Facilitate established training.
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders on the development of training curriculum.
- Create training strategies, initiatives and material.
- Test and review created materials.
- Develop and maintain training schedule and records.
- Generate reports and present on data in a clear concise manner.
- Evaluate employee needs, deliver material in a way that is conducive to a positive learning environment.
- Assess learning out comes, via quizzes or other methods of measurement.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Physical Demands
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds. Moving, lifting or transferring materials/supplies may involve lifting or pushing greater than 30 pounds, should be done with assistance as appropriate.
- Must be able to hear staff on the phone and those who are served in-person, and speak clearly in order to communicate information to clients and staff.
- Must be able to have vision that is adequate to read memos, a computer screen, personnel forms and clinical and administrative documents.
- Must have high manual dexterity.
- Must be able to reach above the shoulder level to work, must be able to bend, squat and sit, stand, stoop, crouch, reach, kneel, twist/turn, finger and feel.
Work Environment

- The noise level is usually quiet to moderate, but may at times be noisy and crowded.
- Exposure to biohazards, including infectious material and waste and any other conditions common in a health care environment.
- Subject to unpleasant odors.
Education/Experience Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint).
- Advanced writing and reading skills.
- Excellent presentation, oral and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Exercise effective judgment and creativity to changing needs and situations.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to independently problem solve with analysis and critical thinking skills.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership, teambuilding and management skills.
- Ability to mentor and lead.
- Valid California driver’s license, vehicle insurance, acceptable driving record and reliable transportation.
Education/Experience:
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree in education, business, human resources, or related field.
- Current BLS CPR Card certified by the American Heart Association
- Minimum two (2) years’ experience providing direct support in employee training; equivalent relevant experience in education or human resources may be considered in lieu of training experience.
- Training certification through an accredited organization preferred.
