Production

A quickly growing indoor farm is looking for motivated and willing to learn individuals to help with production and packaging. On the bus line! The company produces non-gmo green products such as herbs and lettuce. Two shifts available - 1st shift @ $13/HR, 7A-330PM, Mon-Fri. 2nd shift, $14/HR -12P-830PM. OVERTIME may be available. Responsibilities: Safety & Food Safety

• You must adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety rules, including safe operation of equipment and helping to maintain a clean, safe working environment.
• You must appropriately follow food safety procedures.
• Reliability - You must be on time and stay for your entire scheduled shift. Follow proper time keeping procedure and adhere to break times and PTO policies
• Teamwork - You must be able to work with others as part of a team to meet daily production goals
• Communication - You must be able to communicate effectively with managers and other team members
• Flexible- You must be able to work in a fast paced environment and navigate through change. You must have flexibility in scheduling and availability to work the times, shifts, days, and overtime as necessary to meet the company's production needs.
• Be able to perform other miscellaneous duties in the warehouse as needed and assigned
• Ability to work in a warehouse with 34 degrees F and above temperatures

Benefits/Compensation

• Full Time
• 1st Shift: 7 am- 3:30 pm per hour
• 1st Shift Pay rate: $13 per hour
• 2nd Shift: 12 pm-8:30 pm.
• 2nd Shift Pay rate: $14 per hour
• Weekly pay while employed through Career Concepts.
