    POSITION INFORMATION:
    Supervisor:
    Mr. John Coberly, Maintenance Supervisor

    Employment Period:
    12 months

    Employment Status:
    Temporary - up to 25 hours/week (after school hours)

    Hourly Rate:
    $12/hour

    Start Date:
    As soon as possible





    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Applies paints, sealers, caulking, stain, tape and mud to interior and exterior surfaces
    • Sands, scrapes, caulks and prepares surfaces for paint or stain
    • Performs finish work as required to rough or unfinished surfaces
    • Ensures proper care of vehicles, equipment, tools and materials
    • Performs miscellaneous job related duties as assigned
    • Maintains written records, material receipts, sketches, paint schedules
    • Communicates with supervisor or designee

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:
    • Requires a high school diploma or GED.
    • Requires a valid Virginia Driver’s License
    • Ability to climb ladders, lift, pull or push objects up to 50 lbs.
    • Ability to work around exposure to fumes, smoke, dust and extreme temperatures
