Job description
- Applies paints, sealers, caulking, stain, tape and mud to interior and exterior surfaces
- Sands, scrapes, caulks and prepares surfaces for paint or stain
- Performs finish work as required to rough or unfinished surfaces
- Ensures proper care of vehicles, equipment, tools and materials
- Performs miscellaneous job related duties as assigned
- Maintains written records, material receipts, sketches, paint schedules
- Communicates with supervisor or designee
- Requires a high school diploma or GED.
- Requires a valid Virginia Driver’s License
- Ability to climb ladders, lift, pull or push objects up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work around exposure to fumes, smoke, dust and extreme temperatures
