Position: Paralegal
Location: New York NY 10003 (Hybrid)
Duration: 6 Month contract with extension
Pay Rate: $30/hr - $35/hr (depending on experience)
Schedule: Hybrid schedule. First week or two onsite
Working hours: M-F; 8:30a.m - 5: 15p.m
Relocation Expenses/ Assistance: NO
Job Description:
- Prepare and submit daily PSC and weekly regulatory reports.
- File and upload documents on state or federal filing system.
- Prepare and submit monthly Preliminary and Final Open Session Agenda reports.
- Prepare documentation (i.e. pdfs, attachments, bates stamping).
- Organize, copy and scan files and documents when needed.
- Ability to lift 20-30 pounds.
- Edit, proofread documents for preparation of filings.
- Proficient in word, excel and PowerPoint and adobe.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
