BWW LAW GROUP, LLC, an “AV” rated real estate default law firm with offices located in Rockville, MD, Richmond and Arlington, VA, is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team in our Richmond, Virginia office. This position is full time (currently a hybrid remote and in office position until firm is at full return to work environment). Attention to detail is a must to succeed as a part of our team!
Responsibilities:

• Case file review and processing cases in accordance with firm and client requirements
• Draft documents and prepare cases for attorney review and court filing
• Track service of court orders to ensure completion within timeframe allowed by the court
• Update firm and various client systems during the life of the case file
• Communicate with other department staff and clients pertaining to case files
• Take incoming phone calls into the department
• Support attorneys in assigned division with processing legal documents and managing client requirements
• Assist clients with transaction histories and payment ledgers
• Assist with other duties and special projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Qualified candidates must be proficient in MS Office and be able to multitask
• Mathematical skills desired
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous mortgage servicing, real estate, title or law firm experience a plus
