Job Summary
The Paralegal **serves as the Contract Management administrator and is responsible for providing support to the Legal Services Department of the FMOL Health System including all subsidiaries under the oversight of FMOL Health System lawyers.

• Drafts legal contracts with attorney oversight, including, but not limited to, equipment purchase contracts, service contracts, data sharing agreements, confidentiality agreements and other contracts as requested
• Coordinates procurement contract requests including communications with attorneys as needed
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable State and Federal laws, rules, regulations, and policies
• Interacts and addresses issues with executive and senior institutional leadership, including Legal, Compliance and Materials Management Departments
• Maintains confidential information and communicates with professional staff
• Handles more complex situations, at the direction of attorneys
• Supports the Contract Lifecycle Management software including ensuring contracts are properly included and documented
• Supports and participates in the continuous improvement of the quality of services provided including developing and implementing procedures regarding Contract Lifecycle Management software
• Excellent at customer/client services and problem solving
