Special Requirements: Must possess good physical condition and sufficient strength to do heavy lifting, bending, and climbing on mountain terrain in the dark, in a windy and sub-zero climate. Must be able to work outdoors in varying climatic conditions.

Snowsports Instructor Trainee Salary Grade 5 $12.46
Scope of Work : To assist other instructors with teaching and class handling, teach Cannon Kids and nursery program.
License/Certification: Candidates lacking the Professional Ski Instructors of America (PSIA) level 1 certification may be hired at a two salary grade reduction as a Park Attendant I Trainee, labor grade 5. Upon attainment of PSIA level 1 certification, the employee will be promoted to Park Attendant I, labor grade 7.
Special Requirements: Intermediate to advanced skier.
Snowsports Instructor I Salary Grade 7 $13.18
Scope of Work: To teach skiing/riding levels 1 through 6, Cannon Kids, school release and international programs.
License/Certification : Registered with Professional Ski Instructors of America (PSIA) with Level 1 certification.
Special Requirements: Advanced skier or snowboarder.

Special Requirements:
For promotion from Park Attendant I, labor grade 7, to Park Attendant II, labor grade 10, employees must:
a. Receive satisfactory performance evaluations.
b. Be recommended for promotion by the immediate supervisor.
c. Be approved for promotion at the discretion of agency management to satisfy an organizational/business need; and
d. Meet the minimum qualification requirements of Park Attendant II.

Knowledge of the materials equipment, and methods commonly used in cleaning operations. Ability to understand an carry out oral and written instructions.
