Part-time hourly position without state benefits. Part-time employees are restricted to working approximately 29 hours per week or less, not to exceed 1,500 hours annually.
The Parking Attendant will provide excellent customer service to all patrons; and perform cleaning, trash removal and other general facility maintenance duties to include repair/replacement of parking equipment.

Minimum Qualifications
Some knowledge of cash receipt procedures; and in the use of computers. Working knowledge of general facility cleaning, and general maintenance. Demonstrated ability to communicate, both orally and in writing, and work effectively with multi-cultural populations that support diversity, cultural understanding and inclusion. High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
Some knowledge of parking operations is preferred.
