Job description
The Part-Time Mailroom Clerk is responsible for processing all incoming mail
Duties & Responsibilities
- Delivers all campus mail and duplicating jobs
- Operates a variety of copy center and mail center equipment
- Prioritizes mail and duplicating jobs by using effective time management skills
- Follows through to ensure that all deliveries are handled in a timely manner
- Performs other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) from a regionally accredited institution
- Knowledge and understanding of College organization, goals and objectives, and policies and procedures
- Possess good communication skills (Verbal and Written)
- Possess excellent time management skills
- Ability to maintain a neat and organized work environment
- Capable of standing, walking, squatting, bending, kneeling and reaching continuously through shift
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to include evening and weekend assignments with regular hours schedule from Monday thru Friday: 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM
- Ability to work well in a multi-ethnic and multi-cultural environment with students, faculty and staff
