Concierge, part time 4:30 PM- 8:00 PM - Weekday evenings
Weekend availability: 8am - 2pm or 2pm - 8pm
Approximately 10-14 hours per week
Must be available at least 2 days a week
Must be willing to work weekends and holidays
Compensation: Starting at $14/hour
  • Must be fully vaccinated for Covid-19 within 45 days of hire date.

The Concierge is responsible for answering and transferring all incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner, giving information, direction and other appropriate assistance to residents, staff, guests and vendors. The concierge performs a variety of administrative duties as assigned, as well.

  • Handles all requests or inquiries to resolution in a calm and positive manner.
  • Works well in an environment with frequent interruptions.
  • Flexible and adapts easily to change.
  • Prioritizes work and is able to complete several tasks as the same time.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience working with the senior population a plus.
  • Experience handling a multi-line phone system and walk in customers.
  • Able to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action and remain clam during emergency situations.
  • Able to follow written and oral instructions
  • General computer literacy and working knowledge of Microsoft programs
PHYSCIAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must be able to move, stand, bend, and lift continually throughout the workday.
  • Must be able to lift, push, pull or transfer a minimum of 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to speak the English Language in an understandable manner.
  • Must possess sight/hearing senses or use prosthetics that will enable these senses to function adequately so that the requirements of this position can be fully met.
  • Must be able to assist in the evacuation of residents.
