We are actively hiring for Part-Time Diesel Technicians/Mechanics - all schedule availability will be considered!
We are continuing to GROW here at BEST, and we are in need of motivated Diesel Techs / Mechanics immediately! Pay scale is based on Experience and Performance levels!
Job Summary:
Your main responsibility will be to safely and efficiently maintain a varied fleet of equipment on site at our shop here in Kernersville. All experience levels are being considered.
The Successful Candidate:
The successful candidate will possess the following skills:
- Experience in troubleshooting and repairs involving the most recent technology
- Knowledge of FMCSA maintenance guidelines and regulations
- Ability to communicate issues to leadership.
- Basic computer skills
- The ability to work independently of others
- General knowledge of preventative maintenance for Class 8 Tractor Trailers
- CDL is preferred
