Stanley Consultants has an exciting opportunity to join our Human Resources (HR) team. We are seeking a part-time HR assistant to provide administrative support, as well as be support for HR related questions for all our members (employees). This role will primarily focus on supporting members in the Transportation, Water, and Federal markets, but will also support HR with other projects when applicable. This is a part-time position on Monday and Tuesday only for a total of 16 hours per week.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Provide support of all Human Resources administrative functions, including those that are highly confidential in nature
  • Conduct new member orientations, welcoming those new to Stanley and serving as a resource within HR
  • Maintain member records in the HRIS, including approving entries made by members or entering job change records
  • Provide assistance with benefits administration
  • Provide excellent customer service

Education & Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in related field preferred
  • Ability to communicate professionally within all levels of the organization
  • Strong organizational skills including the ability to collaborate with others and maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Minimum of 5 years of administrative assistant experience preferred
  • Possess strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
