Donna Salyers Fabulous Bridal is hiring for a Part Time Operations Assistant to assist with showroom and office duties. This position has a 20 hour a week average.
Job Description:
- Receive and enter inventory into system and tag all store merchandise.
- Assist with putting merchandise out on the floor, as needed.
- Maintain customer pick-up inventory and complete tickets.
- Prepare paperwork and ship out customer orders.
- RTV shipments and paperwork.
- Track purchase orders.
- Process merchandise invoices and statements.
- Manage The Knot/Wedding Wire profiles and follow up with all leads.
- Maintain all store binders; Vendor, UPS, and others as needed.
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed for office, inventory, garment care, shipping/receiving and other miscellaneous.
- Prepare pick up slips for all customer merchandise.
- Manage social media platforms by responding to all messages, comments and posting on a regular basis.
- Take in store photos and create social content.
- Maintain inventory and pull all discontinued styles.
- Update ship date calendar each Friday.
- Change mannequins and window displays on a weekly basis or as needed.
- Represent Fabulous Bridal at all bridal shows and events.
Requirements:
- Must be proficient in Microsoft products (Word, Excel, general data entry)
