Job description
First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-time Operations Clerk I (25 hours) to join our EOS-Money Processing Center. In this role, you will be responsible to receive and release by item count, currency and coin shipments, and unverified customer deposit bags to and from armored carriers, to include all outgoing customer and branch change orders, Cigarette Tax stamps, and miscellaneous items. Also, maintains department operational risk assessment and management, as well as regulatory and audit compliance.
Work Schedule
Monday-Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm (hours may vary)
The ideal candidate will have:
- High school degree required.
- Must be able to communicate at a professional level with Bank personnel at all levels; and external customers and vendors.
- Possess good knowledge of the Bank’s BSA and AML policies and procedures.
- Must have good organizational skills to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail, sound judgment, and discretion regarding confidential information required.
- Ability to use 10-key adding machine by touch and proficiency in use of PC word processing and spreadsheet applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel essential.
