Understand and effectively communicate Baird’s value proposition

Assist in sourcing potential candidates through tools and strategies using networking, databases, contact lists and research

Leverage recruitment marketing and branding materials to engage and communicate with potential recruits

Collaborate with Branch Manager to identify initiatives for recruiting

Schedule qualified recruits for phone calls and meetings with Branch Manager

Maintain and enhance knowledge of Baird to relay information to recruits

Innovate recruitment process in order to increase overall effectiveness

High school diploma required, Associate's Degree or Bachelor's degree is a plus.

A demonstrated track record of consistently meeting and/or exceeding performance expectations

Superior verbal communicator

Self-starter, motivated by and experienced in working in an incentive-based compensation structure

Excellent organization skills, with a strong ability to exchange ideas and information with others across multi-site locations

High attention to detail, ability to prioritize multiple relationships, and willingness to take direction

Strong interpersonal skill, with the ability to foster strong relationship among the team, other associates within the firm, and candidates

Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain necessary confidentiality
