Job Description

Being a part of Red Raider Outfitter means being a part of a team where you deliver superior Texas Tech products with game day spirit each and every day. As a team member you will help bring the Texas Tech spirit to life through unsurpassed customer service, products and remarkable experiences.

Red Raider Outfitter is seeking self-motivated, outgoing, and passionate full-time sales associates to promote and maintain the highest standard of customer service.

Primary Responsibilities

-Assist store management by achieving sales targets and ensure long-term business growth by providing premium customer service and maintaining store standards

-Ensure 100% zone coverage

-Drive toward a high level of product expertise

-Ensure daily restock is completed

-Ensure all merchandising standards are maintained

-Support other facets of the retail location (front of house, back of house, shipping and receiving, store opening and closing, etc.) as the business requires

-Maintain a high level of enthusiasm for Texas Tech University

Physical Requirements

-Requires physical ability for standing, sitting, crouching, kneeling, frequent walking, reaching above head and below waist.

-Able to lift up to 20-50 pounds (i.e., fixtures, product boxes)

Additional Information

-Able to work a flexible schedule including retail open holidays, weekends, nights, opening/closing shifts and one of two timeframes in between the Fall and Spring semesters (manager assigns).

-Effective communication skills with co-workers, vendors, and the community.

-Able to travel to other stores within Lubbock.

-Attend occasional meetings and events outside of normal working hours when required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $8.50 - $12.00 per hour
