Collins Community Credit Union, a growing organization, is currently hiring for a part-time Student Representative at our Iowa City Campus Lounge. We are excited to open our new location at 124 E Washington St, Iowa City, Iowa 52240.
Qualified applicants must be a current student at the University of Iowa.
Must be available to work 15-25 hours a week during business hours:

• Sunday - Thursday 11:00am to 10:00pm
• Friday 10:00am to 5:00pm
• Saturday 10:00am - 5:00pm (Lounge closed during home games)

Part-time Student Representative expectations:

• Demonstrate enthusiastic support of corporate mission, core values and long-term objectives. Performs duties within our bylaws, regulations, Board of Directors policies, established internal and external service standards and our work procedures.

• Maintain a clean and inviting study environment for students.

• Replenish supplies in student lounge areas.

• Assist students with opening accounts online.

• Promote student membership on campus and during campus events.

• Ability to effectively navigate and utilize all systems and equipment necessary to perform job duties.

• Appropriately answer any questions regarding mobile banking and basic credit union products and services.

• Meet and exceed established goals to grow student membership on campus.
